2 big Eggs
1 Cups Quesadilla Shredded cheese
1/2 Cup Sliced Onion
1/2 Cup Jalapeño Peppers
12 Corn Tortillas
Pre heat oven to 350.
Wrap a frying pan in aluminium foil, spread 1 cup Quesadilla Shred into the foil, break the eggs, add sliced onion and top with jalapeño peppers. Cook until the yolks are as firm as you like and the whites are cooked through.
Wrap when cooked serve into a plate and enjoy!
1 cup warm water
1 Cups Quesadilla Shredded cheese
8 ounces grated queso Oaxaca
1 cup instant corn masa flour
I cup Curtido Mixed
I/2 Cup Oliva Oil
Kosher salt
Pre heat oven to 350.
Divide dough into 1 ball (about ¼ cup each), keeping them covered with a damp towel so they don’t dry out. Fill with
Oaxaca Cheese.
Cook Pupusa over medium heat until center slightly puffs up and Pupusa is browned in spots, 3–4 minutes per side
Serve with curtido alongside and enjoy!
4 hot dogs
3 hot dog buns
1 Cup Quesadilla Shred
1/2 Cotija Grated
8 ounces Crema mexicana
1/2 Cup Chipotle Sauce
Pre heat grill to 350.
Slice into the center and fill with Quesadilla Shred and wrap with bacon each sausage. Grill the hot dogs for about 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally until they have good grill marks.
In a medium bowl add Crema mexicana, ad the chipotle source and mixed, grill buns for only about 1 minute (they can burn very quickly) top each Hot dog with salsa and Cotija cheese and enjoy!
1 vegetable oil
2 red bell peppers
1 Cup Oaxaca Shred Cheese
12 ounces chorizo Meat Crumble
1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
12 ounces boneless chicken thighs
6 ounces 1/3-inch-diced slab bacon
Pre heat oven to 350.
Heat the oil on a large griddle. Add the bacon and chorizo and cook over high heat, stirring, until browned in spots, 5 minutes.
Add the chicken and cook, stirring, until cooked through. Add the peppers and onion and cook until softened. Scatter the Oaxaca cheese on top and stir until it just starts to melt, , then serve and enjoy!
1 Cup of Guacamole
3 Cups Quesadilla Shredded cheese
1 Cup Refried Beans
1 Cup diced onion
12 Corn Tortillas
Pre heat oven to 350.
In a frying pan over medium heat, fry the chorizo for 4 to 8 minutes. Add chopped onions and fry until caramelized. Add refried beans and after 5 minutes add the shredded cheese.
Warm the tortillas in a pan and place the chorizo mix on the tortillas. Roll the tortillas, one at the time. Bake the taquitos until tortillas are crisp. Enjoy!
4 Slices of Chopped Ham
2 Cups of Elbow Pasta
1 Cup Chopped celery
1 Cup of Queso Panela
2 Cups of Crema Mexicana
Place pasta into a pot with water and boils the pasta till soft.
Place all ingredients into a glass bowl and mix. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
