    Queso Doble Crema origins are from Chiapas where it has been produced for more than half a century. There are small variations of this cheese between the Tabasco coast, the Chiapas coast and the Chiapas mountain range. Is a soft, fresh, crumbly white cheese made with additional cream to make it creamier. It’s based on the most common Mexican cheese, Queso Fresco.
