Nuestro Queso, Rosemont, Ill., launched Oaxaca shredded cheese strips.

Oaxaca cheese, traditionally a ball made up of long, hand-rolled ribbons, is a popular Mexican cheese that when heated, is said to melt and string more effectively than other cheese varieties.
